Two individuals were injured in a car crash on Interstate-81 over the weekend.
According to reports, the car hit and rolled over a guardrail and landed in the grass on the side of the highway on Saturday evening. Marathon Area Volunteer Ambulance Corps (MAVAC) noted via Facebook that the two occupants were transported to the UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City for minor injuries.
Further details on the car crash remain to be seen. The crash is being investigated by the New York State Police.
