Construction crews began to place asphalt patches on a road in the city of Cortland on Monday (Nov. 20).
According to Crown City Rising, the asphalt patches will occur during “periodic areas” of construction on Groton Avenue.
Crown City Rising also noted that Friday (Nov. 17) was the last day for full closure periods on Groton Avenue until next spring.
