Homer officials discussed options to handle recycling issues occurring not just in the village, but parts of Cortland County.
Cortland County recycling coordinator Chris Spadolini, who’s been appearing at various meetings the past week, talked with village officials about ways to tackle the ongoing contamination of recycling in the county at the Homer Board of Trustees meeting on Tuesday.
