Today will not have steady rain like yesterday, but it will still be a dreary, damp day.

Clouds are expected throughout the day today. There will only be a small chance for a brief glimpse of brighter skies here and there.

Rain will be limited to some stray showers and spits of drizzle. These will be possible at any time today, day or night. Precipitation amounts should remain minimal, though.

Winds will be light today with speeds generally at or under 5 mph. This afternoon, the wind may go almost completely calm. What little wind there is will be from a generally easterly direction. Fluctuations to the northeast and southeast will be possible.

Temperatures will remain well above average with no cold air moving in to dislodge the mild weather. Look for another day with afternoon highs pushing into the upper 40s.

Tonight, the weather will change little. Clouds and spits of drizzle will continue and temperatures will only dip to the mid 40s during the evening. Overnight lows will get a bit cooler, dropping to near 40 degrees.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Friday: Mostly cloudy with a few rain showers. Morning lows near 40 degrees. Afternoon highs in the mid 40s.

Saturday: More clouds than sun with a few lake effect rain and snow showers. Morning lows in the mid 30s. Afternoon highs in the upper 30s.

Sunday: Cloudy but mostly dry. Maybe a stray flurry. Morning lows near 30 degrees. Afternoon highs in the upper 30s.

Monday: A few morning flurries. Morning lows in the upper 20s. Afternoon highs in the mid 30s.
