The year 2023 will end with a little light snow, but that will mostly hold off until after sunset.

For the daylight hours, skies will be cloudy but precipitation will be hard to come by. Only a few stray flakes of snow here or there will be possible with no accumulation.

Widespread light snow will build in during the evening hours and continue through the midnight hour. The snow should dissipate during the predawn hours.

Accumulations will be minimal from this snow, with amounts generally less than an inch.

Winds will be light and variable today with speeds under 5 mph. The wind may be completely calm at times, especially in the afternoon.

Temperatures will be similar to yesterday with highs in the mid 30s. Evening temperatures will drop through the 30s, and by midnight, it should be right around 30 degrees.

Overnight temperatures will back down a couple more degrees for a low in the upper 20s.
