The Cortland County Recycling Center announced on Thursday that printer ink cartridges are not recyclable at its facility on Pendleton Street.
Despite this, the county recycling center on its Facebook page noted that Hummel’s Office Plus on Route 13 in the town of Cortlandville will take ink cartridges.
The cartridge drop-off at Hummel’s is free of charge. The best time to drop off cartridges at Hummel’s is between 2:30 and 4 p.m. on weekdays.
