Quiet weather will continue with the nearest low pressure system about 1,000 miles away along the Gulf Coast.

Expect lots of sunshine today, though there may be some occasional batches of clouds drifting through. This will especially be possible later in the afternoon.

A few occasional clouds will continue to possible through the overnight, but most of the time it will remain clear.

No precipitation will fall from any clouds that pass through.

Winds will be nearly calm this morning, then pick up from the northwest at around 5 mph for the midday and afternoon.

Wind speeds will stay around 5 mph tonight, but the wind will turn more to the north.

Afternoon temperatures will work their way into the mid 30s. Evening temperatures will quickly slip back into the upper 20s.

Overnight lows will reach around 20 degrees.
