A woman was in possession of drugs at the Cortland County Courthouse, according to a report.
The county sheriff’s report stated that officers responded to the courthouse to bring Shauna M. Hamilton, 41, of McGraw, to county jail as ordered by the court.
According to the report, Hamilton was discovered to be in possession of a controlled substance and a synthetic drug.
Hamilton was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance – and unlawful sale, possession, and/or use of dangerous substances or synthetic drugs (Class-A Misdemeanors). She is scheduled to appear in Cortland city court on Feb. 26.
