The Cortland County Sheriff’s officers responded to a larceny complaint at the Walmart store in the town of Cortlandville, according to a report.
The report stated that on Thursday (Feb. 8), Caleb E. Wright, 31, of Cortland, allegedly stole merchandise from the store and damaged it in the process.
Wright was charged with petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief (Class-A Misdemeanors). He is scheduled to appear in Cortlandville town court on Feb. 26.
