A village of McGraw man was arrested earlier this week for violating an order of protection, according to a report.
The county sheriff’s report stated that Michael J. Eaton, 43, violated a full stay-away order of protection by “contacting the protected parties” on two separate occasions this month.
Eaton was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt (Class-A Misdemeanors). He was arraigned, released and is now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on Wednesday (Feb. 21).
