County Sheriff’s Blotter: Harassment, violating order of protection and more

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office recently released arrest reports.

Below are the reports:

David M. Walker

Walker, 41, of Cortlandville, was arrested on Wednesday (Feb. 29).

The county sheriff’s report stated that officers responded to Penguin Trailer Park in Cortlandville for a domestic incident.

According to the report, Walker allegedly violated a non-harass order of protection. He was charged with first-degree criminal contempt (a Class-E Felony) and second-degree harassment (a violation).

Walker was arraigned, released and is now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on Friday.

Tiffany A. Sacchi

Sacchi, 42, of Moravia, was arrested on Wednesday (Feb. 28).

The county sheriff’s report stated that Sacchi stole merchandise from the Walmart store in Cortlandville.

Sacchi processed, arraigned, released and now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on March 11.
