Burglary, stealing and more (County Sheriff’s Blotter)

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office recently released a couple of arrest reports.

Here are the reports:

Catherine A. Glave

Glave, 39, of Cortland, was arrested on Thursday (March 21).

The county sheriff’s report stated that Glave allegedly “damaged and stole” merchandise from the Walmart store in Cortlandville. This occurred after being previously “trespassed from the property,” the report noted.

Glave was charged with third-degree burglary (a Class-D Felony), and petit larceny and criminal mischief (Class-A Misdemeanors). Glave was arraigned and now scheduled to appear in Cortlandville town court at a later date.

Amanda J. Gooden

Gooden, 43, of Preble, was arrested on Wednesday (March 20).

The county sheriff’s report stated that Gooden allegedly stole merchandise from the Walmart store in Cortlandville.

Gooden was charged with petit larceny, a Class-A Misdemeanor. Gooden was processed, released and is now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on April 1.
