County: Individual drives with suspended license

An individual was arrested over the weekend after he drove a vehicle with a suspended license, according to a report.

The Cortland County Sheriff’s report stated that on Saturday (March 23), officers conducted a traffic stop on Route 41 in the town of Homer for an inspection violation.

According to the report, Robert A. Price Jr., 27, of Freeville, was driving a vehicle with a suspended license. He was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (a felony), and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection certificate/uninspected motor vehicle (infractions).

Price was arraigned, released and is now due to appear in Cortlandville town court at a later date.
