Construction crews on Groton Avenue in the city of Cortland continue to roll along on various projects.
According to Crown City Rising, crews will continue the installation of a new water main at Monroe Heights. A couple of crews will also continue the installation of new sewer laterals between Graham Avenue and Homer Avenue.
Groton Avenue is limited to local traffic. The road will be open during off-hours and on the weekends.
