An individual driving in Cortland County was arrested for driving while intoxicated, according to a report.
The county sheriff’s report stated that officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle that was traveling on State Route 13 in Cortlandville. According to the report, it was determined that Karen J. Sutton, 25, of Cortland, was driving while intoxicated.
Sutton, who was arrested during the early-morning hours of Saturday (April 27), was charged with a DWI and driving while intoxicated for .08% BAC or greater (misdemeanor), and for speeding in zone (a violation).
Sutton was processed, released and is now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on May 6.
