A street in the city of Cortland will close (only open to local traffic) on Tuesday for construction work.
According to Crown City Rising, Helen Avenue in Cortland will be closed from 8 a.m. to noon on Tuesday for installation of a new storm sewer line.
With the street part of the detour established for the ongoing Groton Avenue construction, motorists are asked to plan their commute accordingly.
