Skies will remain mostly cloudy throughout the day. However, like yesterday, precipitation will be very limited.

A few stray flurries will be possible at times this afternoon and evening. Little to no snow accumulation is expected.

There is a small chance for some steadier, light snow later in the evening and overnight. Most likely, this will miss to the south, but if it does make it this far north, a coating to an inch could accumulate.

Winds will be light from the north-northwest at speeds around 5 mph during the daytime hours. This evening, the wind may increase slightly, but should remain under 10 mph. Top gusts, day and night, will be under 20 mph.

Afternoon highs will not be too far off from average for early March. Look for highs in the mid 30s with a few upper 30s in the southern reaches of the county.

Tonight, temperatures will slide back into the 20s, ending up just under 20 degrees by dawn Tuesday.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Tuesday: Scattered snow showers. Morning lows in the upper 10s. Afternoon highs in the upper 20s.

Wednesday: Cloudy with a few flurries. Morning lows in the mid 10s. Afternoon highs in the mid 20s.

Thursday: Cloudy with a few flurries. Morning lows in the upper 10s. Afternoon highs in the upper 20s.

Friday: Cloudy. Morning lows in the upper 10s. Afternoon highs in the mid 30s.
