State police have canceled the AMBER alert that was activated regarding Henry Kellam.
The child has been located safely and the suspect is in custody.

OXFORD, N.Y. – State police have activated the AMBER alert as they investigate a reported child abduction in Chenango county.
Police are looking for a white Buick LeSabre with a Texas license plate being driven by 31-year-old Henry Kellam.
The child, also named Henry, is approximately 1 year and 6 months old with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing red plaid shorts, a white t-shirt and camouflage sneakers.
The abduction reportedly happened in the town of Oxford, about 18 miles southeast of Cincinattus.
Police say Kellam has a violent history, is armed with a handgun and is a fugitive from Texas. He is the non-custodial parent of the child and is described as a white male with brown hair and green eyes.
Anyone with any information on this abduction is asked to contact state police at (866) NYS-AMBER or dial 911 to provide information on a report or sighting.

The New York State Police Endwell has activated the New York State AMBER Alert and is investigating a child abduction that occurred near Canal Street, in Oxford, Chenango County, NY at about 6:35 PM on 6/11/2015.
The CHILD, Henry Kellam is a White male, approximately 1 year 6 months old with brush cut, brown hair and green eyes. He is approximately 2 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 38 pounds. Henry was last seen wearing red plaid shorts, white t shirt, and camoflauge sneakers.. Henry has a scar over his left eye.
The SUSPECT, Henry Kellam is a White male, approximately 31 years old with brown hair and green eyes. He is approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds. He is the non-custodial parent.
The VEHICLE has been identified as a white Buick LeSabre with TX license plate number CPT6834. Car trunk is held shut by rope.
Suspect has a violent history, is armed with a handgun, and is a fugitive from Texas. Suspect is the non-custodial parent, abducted his 18 month old son and is in flight from police. Suspect has made threats to shoot police if approached.
