CORTLAND, N.Y. - Around 1,000 people came to downtown Cortland Saturday for the 11th annual Chill-a-Bration festival.

It’s not *all* about chili at #ChillaBration! Votes are counted for the Favorite Winter Flavor (non-chili) too! This year a $50 prize accompanies a snow globe awarded to the winning Winter Flavor. Frosted’s Dessert Chili has been awarded the Fave Winter Flavor 3 years straight!!! (They’re striving for a 4th win this year!)
