Cortland Weather Outlook: Friday, May 7

Your Cortland County weather forecast for Friday, May 7, 2021:

A slow moving low pressure system will creep into the area today, eventually bringing rain into the area.

Clouds will thicken this morning as the low approaches, but most of the time should remain dry. Showers will start to move in during the first half of the afternoon and should become a steadier rain for the latter half.

Steady rain will persist into the evening, only gradually moving east well after midnight. Temperatures should stay just warm enough to keep all the precipitation as rain.
