A weak area of high pressure will build into the area today.

Some clouds early this morning will gradually burn off. A brief shower or bit of drizzle cannot be ruled out, mostly before 9 AM. Most areas will stay dry.

A few fair weather clouds will be possible throughout the day, but most of the clouds will be thin, high clouds than the sun can easily shine through. No further precipitation is expected.

The high pressure will be centered to our west, meaning winds will be from the northwest today. Wind speeds will be just over 5 mph with top gusts around 20 mph.

Temperatures will continue to be slightly below average with highs this afternoon topping out near or just above 70 degrees.

Thin clouds will increase this evening and persist through the overnight. Winds will become nearly calm.

Evening temperatures will quickly slip back into the 50s with an overnight low around or just above 50 degrees.
