A man was arrested on Thursday after he stole merchandise from a local store, according to a Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report.
Benjamin P. Blake, 41 of Virgil, stole merchandise from the Walmart store in the town of Cortlandville late Thursday evening.
Blake was charged with petit larceny. He was arraigned, processed, released and now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on April 3.
