High pressure will be in control of the weather today.

Skies will be a mix of sun and clouds. A few areas of morning cloudiness will be possible, with fair weather clouds throughout much of the day.

The best chance for clear skies will come just before sunset and during the early evening hours. Thin clouds will begin to push into the region during the later evening and overnight hours.

Throughout it all, though, no rain is expected during the daytime or nighttime hours.

A light north wind will blow during the daytime hours. Wind speeds will be near or just over 5 mph. The wind will become mostly calm during the evening with a slight south breeze setting up overnight.

Temperatures will be close to the seasonal averages today with highs reaching the low and mid 60s.

Evening temperatures will drop to the mid 40s with overnight lows around 40 degrees.
