A cold front will move into the region late today with limited rainfall.

Through the morning, the sun will shine. At times, the sun will be fully out, and at others, it will be filtered by thin clouds.

The clouds will gradually increase and thicken this afternoon, and skies should end up mostly cloudy eventually.

A few showers associated with the front will be possible around and just after sunset. Any rain that falls will be light, and some areas may not end up with any rain at all.

Behind the front, skies will begin to clear out again.

Winds will be from the west ahead of the front with speeds near or just over 10 mph. Gusts could reach 30 mph.

The wind will shift to the north as the front moves through with speeds remaining near 10 mph until after midnight.

Temperatures will warm into the low 70 this afternoon. However, as cooler air moves in tonight, temperatures should fall all the way to the mid 30 by Wednesday morning.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Wednesday: Mostly sunny. Morning lows in the mid 30s. Afternoon highs near 50.

Thursday: Mostly sunny. Morning lows near 30. Afternoon highs in the low 60s.

Friday: Sun and thin clouds. Morning lows in the upper 30s. Afternoon highs near 70.

Saturday: Some filtered sunshine. Maybe some late rain. Morning lows in the mid 40s. Afternoon highs near 70.
