High pressure will keep the weather calm and quiet today as temperatures continue to climb upward.

Skies will be sunny again today with few if any clouds whatsoever. The best chance for a stray bit of cloud will be in the afternoon and during the overnight.

Winds will be nearly calm this morning and then from the north at up to 5 mph during the afternoon.

The northerly breeze will not hold temperatures back, though. Look for highs to reach the low and mid 70s this afternoon, about 10 degrees warmer than yesterday.

The atmosphere will remain very dry with minimum relative humidity values under 35 percent.

Tonight, temperatures will slide back into the mid 50s during the evening and the mid 40s overnight. Any nighttime clouds will be thin and no rain will fall from them.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Sunday: Sunny with some thin clouds. Morning lows in the mid 40s. Afternoon highs in the upper 70s.

Monday: Sun and a few clouds. Morning lows near 50. Afternoon highs in the mid 80s.

Tuesday: Sun and a few clouds. Morning lows in the low 50s. Afternoon highs in the low 80s.

Wednesday: Sun and a few clouds. Morning lows in the low 50s. Afternoon highs in the mid 80s.
