The weather will be rather quiet again today with high pressure in the area.

Skies will be a mix of sun and clouds again today. Most of the clouds will be puffy fair weather clouds, but a few thin, high clouds will mix in as well.

A few spits of rain from the largest clouds are not out of the question. The majority of the area should stay dry, and those that do see any rain will only see very low amounts.

Temperatures will be summery with a high around or just under 80 degrees. The city of Cortland has the best shot at hitting 80 degrees.

Skies will clear out tonight, though some of the thin, high clouds may remain at times. No precipitation is expected during the nighttime hours.

Evening temperatures will be slower to drop than in recent days, making it down to around 60 degrees by midnight. Overnight lows will end up in the mid 50s.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Tuesday: Partly cloudy. A few scattered showers. Morning lows in the mid 50s. Afternoon highs around 80.

Wednesday: Sun, clouds, and maybe a couple showers, mostly early. Morning lows in the mid 50s. Afternoon highs around 80.

Thursday: Sun and clouds. Morning lows in the mid 50s. Afternoon highs in the low 80s.

Friday: Sun, clouds, and maybe a couple showers. Morning lows in the mid 50s. Afternoon highs in the low 80s.
