A man was arrested over the weekend for stealing merchandise from a store, according to a report.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report stated that Jason A. Forshee, 42, of Cortland, stole merchandise from the Walmart located in the town of Cortlandville.
Forshee was charged with petit larceny – a Class-A Misdemeanor. He was processed, arraigned, released and now due to appear in Cortlandville town court on June 26.
