Results are in from the Cortland Enlarged City School District’s (CECSD) revote on the 2023-24 budget on Tuesday.
CECSD’s second budget proposal passed by a 608-291 margin (67%), avoiding the potential of a contingency budget. The approval of this proposal comes after the first budget proposal was voted down in May.
Results from Tuesday’s budget revote are currently unofficial, becoming official at the next Board of Education meeting scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday.
