County Sheriff: Man arrested for possession of ‘Molly’, other drugs

A man was arrested late last week after he was found to be in possession of “Molly” and other drugs, according to a Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report.

The report stated that Richard W. Hoy, of Cortland, had a warrant out for his arrest. According to the report, the search led to the discovery of methamphetamine, and N-Dimethylpentylone (a cathinone), also known as “Molly.”

Hoy was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned, released and now due to appear in court at a later date.
