A man was arrested this past weekend following a domestic incident, according to a report.
The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office report stated that officers responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the town of Harford.
According to the report, Richard H. Wheeland, 35, of Harford, intentionally damaged property of the victim.
Wheeland, arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief (a Class-A Misdemeanor), was arraigned and released. He is due to appear in Harford town court on Sept. 6.
