Today’s weather will be similar to yesterday, only a touch hotter.

Sunshine will be plentiful throughout the day. At times, some thin clouds may mix in with the sun, and a few fair weather clouds may bubble up in the afternoon.

No rain is expected from any of these sporadic, mainly small clouds.

Temperatures will warm quickly through the morning and into the afternoon. Daytime highs should be in the upper 80s with a few mid 80s in the higher elevations.

Dewpoints will be in the upper 60s to near 70, making it feel very muggy. Heat Index values will rise to near or slightly above 90 degrees.

Winds will remain light with speeds near or under 5 mph. What wind there is will come from the west and northwest but will go calm after sunset.

Skies will be clear overnight, but temperatures will be slow to drop. Expect a slow drop through the 70s during the evening with overnight lows in the mid 60s.
