A city man allegedly exposed himself to females and children at a park, according to a report.
The Cortland Police Department report stated that a family allegedly “felt sorry” for David White, 43, and provided him food and drink while at Yaman Park last week.
According to the report, White then attempted to “grope and touch” an adult female in her crotch area. White then exposed his penis to several other adult females and children at a party in the park, the report continued.
White was arrested on Monday (Sept. 4) and charged with persistent sexual abuse (a Class-E Felony) – and forcible touching, public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child (all Class-A Misdemeanors).
White arraigned and now due to appear in city court at a later date.
