Parking restrictions will be in place this week in the city of Cortland.

According to Crown City Rising, parking restrictions are due to construction crews installing storm drainage structures on the west side of Main Street from West Court Street to Clayton Avenue.

Crews began the work on Monday (Sept. 11) and is tentatively to be completed on Wednesday (Sept. 13).

Projects on Main Street is the city’s continuation of its Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI). Cortland started working on projects last year.

For more information or suggestions to alternative routes, go to the Crown City Rising website. A full layout of Cortland’s DRI projects can be seen here.
