The edge of the cloud shield associated with Hurricane Lee will be over the area this morning but should depart during the afternoon.

These clouds will be high in the atmosphere, but still thick at times. Some sun will filter through but may be quite limited at times this morning.

The clouds will gradually pull off to the northeast during the first part of the afternoon, leaving clear skies for a sunny end to the day.

No rain will fall from any of these clouds.

Lee will also interact with high pressure to our west to produce a steady northwest wind. Wind speeds will be around 10 mph with gusts as high as 25 mph.

The clouds and winds will hold temperatures in the 60s once again today, with mid 60s on the hilltops and upper 60s elsewhere.

Skies will be clear this evening, sending temperatures back to around 50 degrees.

Winds will turn to the southwest and some clouds will build in after midnight. That should keep temperatures from falling below 45 degrees.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Sunday: More clouds than sun. Morning lows in the mid 40s. Afternoon highs around 70.

Monday: More clouds than sun with scattered afternoon showers. Morning lows in the low 50s. Afternoon highs in the mid and upper 60s.

Tuesday: A morning shower. Then some sun. Morning lows in the upper 40s. Afternoon highs in the mid 60s.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny. Morning lows in the mid 40s. Afternoon highs around 70.
