The Marathon fire and ambulance departments responded to a rollover crash in Cortland County on Sunday.

According to a report from the Marathon Area Volunteer Ambulance Corps (MAVAC), the vehicle rollover crash occurred on Route 221 West between Clarks Corners Road and Zelsnack Road in the town of Lapeer.

The MAVAC report stated that the driver was not injured in the crash and was “able to extricate” herself from the vehicle with the help of a passer-by.

The Cortland County Sheriff’s Office and Ron’s Towing provided assistance at the scene.
