A child safety seat checking event will be held in Cortland County this weekend.
Certified child passenger technicians will be on hand to check a child’s seat for proper installation, harnessing and overall safety of the seat.
“This event is aimed to educate families and caregivers about how to safely transport their children and reduce the chance of car seat misuse,” noted on the county health department Facebook page.
