Warm air will push into the region this morning thanks to an early morning warm front.

Rain associated with this front will end early this morning, though a few stray showers may linger and be possible at almost any time today.

There may also be some lingering areas of fog early on before winds increase and dissipate most of the fog.

The wind direction will change throughout the day, starting from the southeast turning clockwise to the northwest by the late afternoon. Wind speeds will be around 10 mph most of the day.

Temperatures will push into the upper 40s this afternoon and a few places will probably hit 50 degrees.

After sunset, temperatures will fall back into the mid, then low 40s. Overnight lows will make it down into the mid 30s.

A few spits of drizzle and a return of some patchy fog will be possible through the overnight.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Saturday: Mostly cloudy. Morning lows in the mid 30s. Afternoon highs near 40.
