Today will be a quiet, grey day with very little going on in the weather.

Some patchy fog early this morning will gradually burn off by the mid morning. Skies will otherwise be cloudy and will remain as such throughout the day.

Outside of the fog and perhaps a spit of early drizzle, no precipitation is expected today.

Winds will be light with speeds generally under 5 mph. The wind direction will be from the north and northwest.

Temperatures will only rise about 5 degrees today, reaching a high around 40 degrees. Evening temperatures will quickly lose those five degrees, returning to the mid 30s.

Clouds will remain thick through the overnight with temperatures only dropping a couple more degrees into the low 30s.

Shortly after sunrise Sunday, some snow will start to move into the region.

Sunday: Cloudy with snow, possibly mixing with rain at times. A few inches of accumulation possible, mainly over higher elevations. Morning lows in the low 30s. Afternoon highs in the mid 30s.

Monday: Mostly cloudy with a few lake effect snow showers. Morning lows in the mid 20s. Afternoon highs around 30.

Tuesday: Clouds and some sun poking through at times. Morning lows in the low 20s. Afternoon highs in the mid 30s.

Wednesday: Sun and clouds. Morning lows in the low 20s. Afternoon highs in the low 30s.
