Today will be a fairly typical, low impact weather for day late January.

Through the morning hours, a few scattered snow showers will be possible from time to time. These should not amount to much with no more than a light coating of fresh snow.

The snow showers will dissipate in the early afternoon, and there may even be some breaks in the clouds before the sun sets.

Skies will then become mostly clear for a time this evening with a few scattered clouds overnight.

Winds will be from the north-northwest at around 10 mph. Wind gusts will be around 25 mph.

Temperatures will not move a lot today thanks to those cool north winds. Highs will only reach the low 30s, which is right on target for the end of January.

Evening temperatures will quickly drop into the 20s with and overnight low in the low 20s.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Tuesday: Thin clouds and some filtered sunshine. Morning lows in the low 20s. Afternoon highs in the mid 30s.

Wednesday: Sun and clouds. Morning lows in the mid 20s. Afternoon highs in the mid 30s.

Thursday: Cloudy with a few rain and snow showers. Morning lows in the upper 20s. Afternoon highs in the upper 30s.

Friday: Cloudy with a few rain and snow showers. Morning lows in the upper 20s. Afternoon highs in the mid 30s.
