The No.1 seeded Cincinnatus girls’ volleyball team won the Section III Class D title after defeating No.3 seed Fabius-Pompey in the championship match on Saturday (February 17th).

This is Cincinnatus volleyball’s first sectional title since the 2012-13 season.

The Cincinnatus Lady Lions were looking for revenge against Fabius-Pompey, as they gave the Lady Lions their last loss of the season in January

Things didn’t start off well for the Lady Lions, as they dropped the opening set by 10 points. The Lady Lions rallied back to win the next three sets by close margins to ultimately win and claim the sectional title.
