A small weather system passed through the area last night. In its wake, today will be a pleasant day.

A few early flurries will be possible. These will end quickly, and sunshine will gradually increase through the morning.

By the afternoon, skies will be mostly sunny with some occasional passing thin clouds.

A light northwest wind will blow with speeds just over 5 mph. This wind will die off late in the afternoon with nearly calm conditions.

Afternoon highs will top out in the mid to perhaps locally upper 40s.

Tonight, there will remain a mix of clear skies and occasional passing thin clouds.

Winds will pick back up from the southeast, increasing to nearly 10 mph through the overnight.

Temperatures will remain mild with the increase in wind. Evening temperatures will make it down to the mid 30s. Then, overnight, temperatures will remain steady or rise a couple of degrees.

Tuesday: Sun and clouds. Morning lows in the mid 30s. Afternoon highs in the upper 50s.

Wednesday: Periods of rain, ending as some evening snow. Blustery winds, especially late. Morning lows in the mid 40s. Afternoon highs in the upper 50s.

Thursday: Breezy and colder with lake effect snow showers. Morning lows in the low 20s. Afternoon highs in the upper 20s.

Friday: Sun and clouds. Morning lows in the mid 10s. Afternoon highs in the low 40s.
