A frontal boundary to our south will keep clouds plentiful today.

There may be the occasional break in the clouds that allows some sunshine through. For the most part, though, skies will be overcast.

Precipitation is not expected, but there is a little uncertainty there. A few showers could clip the region from the south if the front jogs northward a little bit.

Winds will be light from the north, flowing in towards the front. Wind speeds will generally be at or under 5 mph.

Afternoon highs will be in the upper 40s with a few places hitting 50 degrees.

Clouds will persist tonight with mostly dry conditions. The closer it gets to dawn, the greater the chances for some rain showers to sneak into the region.

Evening temperatures will fall through the 40s with an overnight low in the mid to upper 30s.

Here is a look at the weather for the next few days:

Tuesday: Periods of rain. Morning lows in the mid to upper 30s. Afternoon highs in the mid 40s.

Wednesday: Rain and snow showers, becoming all snow at night. Morning lows in the mid 30s. Afternoon highs around 40.

Thursday: Snow showers. Morning lows in near 30. Afternoon highs in the mid and upper 30s.

Friday: Mostly cloudy with lingering flurries, especially early. Morning lows in near 30. Afternoon highs in the upper 30s.
