Construction crews are milling a section of Groton Avenue today (April 2).
According to Crown City Rising, crews are removing the top course of asphalt between Main Street and Otter Creek Place. The work will result in alternating lane closures where the milling is occurring.
The update from Crown City Rising noted that all detours construction activity is subject to weather and other related variables.
