High pressure will take over the weather today bringing quiet conditions and a slight warm up.

Skies will be sunny most of the day. The best chance for some clouds will come during the mid and late morning, when some fair weather clouds may briefly develop.

With high pressure to our north, our winds will also be coming in from the north. Wind speeds will be strongest in the midday and early afternoon with speeds around 10 mph. Top gusts will come in around 25 mph.

A few isolated locations around the county may make it to 50 degrees this afternoon. Most areas will be just under 50 degrees, with the northern hill tops, as usual, cooler than the rest of the county.

Tonight, skies will be clear this evening, but thin clouds will start to push in after midnight. Temperatures will quickly drop, reaching the mid 30s before midnight and a low in the upper 20s.

Monday: Sun and clouds. Maybe a stray shower late. Morning lows in the upper 20s. Afternoon highs in the mid 50s.

Tuesday: Early sun with some late clouds. Morning lows near 40. Afternoon highs in the upper 60s.

Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with rain showers. Morning lows in the mid 40s. Afternoon highs in the upper 50s.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy with rain showers. Morning lows in the mid 40s. Afternoon highs in the low 60s.
