The Homer Lady Trojans lost to Westhill with a score of 18-6 against Westhill at Homer high school on Monday (April 22nd). 

The Lady Trojans were led by Maria Partis (1 goal & 1 assist), Ella Spanbauer (1 goal & 1 ground ball), Lilly Sorenson (1 goal & 1 ground ball), Gracie Newman (1 goal), Isabelle Small (1 goal), Izzy Tutino (1 assist), Taryn Quinn (2 ground balls), and Caitlin McCloy (1 ground ball). 

Westhill was led by Kara Rosenberger (6 goals), Sophia Lasher (4 goals & 3 assists), Aubrey Holowinski (2 goals & 1 assist), Rosemary Mahoney (2 goals), Grace Stroman (2 goals), Nora Fitzgerald (1 goal & 1 assist), Kaylin Murphy (1 goal), Siena Jetter (1 assist), Avery Starowicz (1 assist), and Ava Lasher (1 assist). 

Homer goalkeeper Aislynn Cobb recorded a total of 7 saves for the Lady Trojans. 

Westhill goalkeepers Taylor Falcone and Hannah MacMaster combined to make 6 saves throughout the game. Falcone made 4 saves and MacMaster made 2 saves.

With this loss, Homer has fallen to an overall record of 7-3. 

Homer’s next game will be played against Christian Brothers Academy on the road on Thursday (May 2nd) at 7pm.
