Ivanka Trump will visit Cortland County on Monday as part of a roundtable discussion at Suit-Kote Corporation in Preble.

The arrest occurred after a state trooper was investigating a hit-and-run property damage accident on Interstate 81 in Preble.

The assault occurred in a remote area in the town of Preble, authorities said.

Wayne Harris described himself as being in disbelief when he saw that the winning numbers matched the numbers he picked for the drawing.

Both towns recognized the environmental and economic benefits of harnessing solar energy but cited the need for a local law.

The winning ticket was purchased at the Mirabito gas station on Route 281 in Preble, lottery officials announced last week.

Areas affected by the outages include Cortland, the SUNY Cortland campus, Cortlandville, Homer, Virgil, and Preble.

The winner has not yet been identified.

Gavin S. Maloney, 16, of Preble, has been charged with first-degree rape, a class B felony.
